”Vi har samarbejdet meget med Hydraflex de sidste to år. Det er kundetilpassede løsninger, så det varierer, hvor mange cylindre vi aftager. Det man kan sige om Hydraflex er, at der er meget ordentlighed over det – der er utrolig meget styr på tingene. Det vigtigste for os er, at varen bliver leveret til tiden, og så er der meget fokus på kvaliteten i konstruktionen,” fortæller Kristian Ruby Jensen, konstruktør hos JEMA Lift.
Somme tider har kunderne hos JEMA Lift brug for at få biler eller varer transporteret fra et niveau til et andet. I den forbindelse laves en elevator til dette formål.
Hydraflex har senest leveret tre cylindre til en JEMA-lift, der indgår i et byggeprojekt hos HHM A/S, der har bygget etageejendom på Frederiksundsvej i København. Hydraflex’ cylindre er indbygget i den store lift, og løser opgaven med at løfte bilerne fra et niveau i bygningen til et andet.
”Når der bygges, fx i indre København, skal der ofte afses plads til parkering. Sommetider er der behov for at få en bil eller varer transporteret fra et niveau til et andet. I den forbindelse laver vi en elevator til dette formål. Idet en rampe kan fylde meget, laver man en det, man i daglig tale kalder en bilelevator,” forklarer Kristian Ruby Jensen.
To Hydraflex-cylindre sidder på selve saksen af JEMA-liften, og en cylinder anvendes i skydeporten til elevatoren (den åbner porten, red.).
Billifte, eller bilelevatorer, er de absolut største lifte i JEMA Lifts sortiment, og specialudvikles og produceres efter ordre. De kan håndtere byrder op til 3000 kg.
